MAPS added virtual author visits this year; our K-6 students have enjoyed hearing from many of their favorite authors. On December 8, Clara, a student at Probstfield Elementary, got her question selected for author Jon Klassen to answer live, which was viewed by hundreds of schools around the country. #OnceASpudAlwaysASpud

On December 7, Horizon East's 7th and 8th grade Honor Band embarked on their holiday tour, spreading musical joy at various locations around the metro. The Honor Band performed at Serenity Assisted Living in Dilworth, West Acres Mall and Probstfield Elementary. #OnceASpudAlwaysASpud

The MAPS Transportation team got the holiday spirit rolling when they participated in the 2023 Holiday Lights Parade. The team showcased their creativity by decorating a bus. 🎊🚌❄️ #OnceASpudAlwaysASpud

This past weekend, MAPS JROTC had its yearly Military Ball. MHS Career Academy Assistant Principal Holly Strand-Rysgaard was in attendance, pictured here with Cadets Saarinen, Young, Kieselbach, and Hearn. The night consists of a formal program, dinner, and dance. It was the first year MAPS collaborated with Fargo Public Schools to have both districts attend.
