Exploring the possibilities for the next school year, Horizon 8th graders had an exciting experience touring the MHS Career Academy. Students got to briefly experience all the classes the Career Academy offers and prepare for the transition into high school. #OnceASpudAlwaysASpud

Tuesday morning, MAPS Superintendent Dr. Brandon Lunak joined other educational leaders from the Red River Valley for the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce's January Eggs and Issues event. In December, Horizon West Students and Staff surpassed expectations with the Holiday Giving Tree, showcasing their incredible generosity! Horizon's Spud Mart is replenished, providing numerous students with essential items, snacks, warm socks, and more.


In addition to the Spotlight Award, the prestigious Hennepin Theatre Trust's evaluation also lavished massive praise on the MHS production of Legally Blonde The Musical—including five individual Outstanding Performances, nine individual Honorable Mentions and 10 group recognitions.
