Last week, 3rd Grade learned about artist Jim Denomie and his artistic style. He is a contemporary Ojibwe artist based out of his studio, Wabooz Studio, in Minnesota! After learning about Jim and his style, artists created their own rabbits inspired by his work using warm and cool colors. To finish our artwork, we practiced monotype printmaking for the background. Nice job third grade!
