❌ MYTH: "The legislature can use this fund for other state projects."
✅ FACT: Nope! The fund is officially locked in by the Minnesota Constitution. By law, every single dollar is dedicated exclusively to supporting public school districts.

Even better? It’s set up as a perpetual trust with a steady 4.5% annual cap. That means our funding stays strong and protected for today’s Spuds and future generations to come! 🧡🖤
