Spud Athletic Development (Grades 8-12) This camp will not only focus on Athletic Development but also Physical, Mental, and Competitive GROWTH. We will be utilizing the MHS weight room (3) days. We will be on the outdoor turf or indoor track (1) day. In the weight room we will train (4) different types of strength, increasing bone density, and improving the development of muscle and its ratio to body fat.
