Under state constitutional rules, an amendment requires a majority of all voters participating in the election to pass, not just a majority of those who answer the specific question. Make sure to turn your ballot over and cast an informed vote on every question!

There is an EARLY RELEASE for Moorhead Students on October 14 and then there will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16.
