
We love STEM projects! Our third graders talked about bridges, arches, tension, and force! After building their vocabulary, they built bridges! Awesome!


During morning meeting, the Firsties mentioned all the garbage they noticed while playing outside or walking to school. So WE ALL decided to do something about it. We picked up garbage around the school. Best quote yet, “WE ARE HELPING THE EARTH!” @sgrspuds #spudpride




We have LOVED being able to get back into the art room for some lessons this year! All grades are creating clay projects of some sort. This is an awesome example of first grade houses! #AwesomeArt


Kinsley is an #sgrspudoftheweek because she has been working hard to be a rule follower. She tries her best each day and always has a positive attitude. She is a kind and helpful friend to her classmates! Keep up the great work! #SpudPride


Anna is an #sgrspudoftheweek because she is a great student! She always stays focused and does what she is supposed to be doing. During Daily 5, if someone is distracting her, she will move and continue working! She is always where she needs to be and ready to learn! #SpudPride


Savannah is an #sgrspudoftheweek because she has been doing a great job of participating in class, getting her homework done on time and having a positive attitude! She has awesome questions and is always thinking about what her class is studying and processing it! #SpudPride


Mackenzie is an #sgrspudoftheweek because she has been doing such a great job in class lately with being on task, participating in class and asking great questions! She always brings a great attitude to school and we love hearing how her brain thinks! #SpudPride
