This consistent revenue stream allows local school boards to fund critical academic tools and student programs while maintaining responsible fiscal management with zero tax increases.
Huge congratulations to the 28 teachers and staff members who earned their Catalyst Certification this past September! Earning this certification is no small task. It requires dedicated coaching, intentional goal-setting, and demonstrating all 12 Foundational Skills over 51% of the time during an observation.
Why is this milestone so powerful? When these skills are in action, they support adult and student regulation, bring clarity to the classroom, and create an equitable environment where all types of learners can succeed. Best of all, our educators carry these impactful practices into every other part of their day!
