During the meet, the Spuds 200m relay team set a new pool record of 1:57.19. Members of the relay team include Maggie Howe, Ava Rodgers, Alayna Janke and Arianna Hoff. The Spuds volleyball team celebrates on Sept. 16 during their match against Bemidji. The Spuds took the Lumberjacks in three sets: 25-21, 25-15 and 25-16. The Spud players had great stats, with Rosie Anderson at 11 kills and two blocks and Mya Pfeifer with nine kills, two blocks and one ace. Grace Perry also had a good showing with eight kills and one block. Taliah Triggs came in with the most blocks at four and had three kills as well. Anna Knain and Sarah Boock both had 17 assists for Moorhead, while Alexa Gronwold scored two aces. Spuds volleyball's record is 2-3 on the season. Photo credit: Bill Grover

On Sept. 11, in Rogers, the boys pumped out four goals in the first half on their way to a 6-4 victory over Rogers. The Spuds are 5-1-1 overall carrying a five game winning streak.
