Families will need to upload child ID (birth certificate for example) in order to submit the form. If you do not have a birth certificate, you can request a letter verifying enrollment and DOB from your school. You would submit that letter.

The safety of students is so important to us! One way we ensure students are safe is by practicing our safety drills multiple times throughout the year. We have had a couple of fire drills already; the students and staff did a phenomenal job. 🧡🖤
