Did you know? In Minnesota, leaving a constitutional amendment question blank on your ballot counts as a "NO" vote! 🗳️
Under state constitutional rules, an amendment requires a majority of all voters participating in the election to pass, not just a majority of those who answer the specific question. Make sure to turn your ballot over and cast an informed vote on every question!
