Ella was working all week on completing her work and earning a certain prize that she picked out. At the end of the week, someone had taken the prize off of her teachers desk without asking. Instead of letting it ruin her day, Ella was able to show flexibility and pick out a new prize that was not as desirable as the one she wanted. Wow-- Emma has been a fabulous leader to start off 2nd grade! She has been doing a great job with following directions independently. Emma always knows to check the "To Do List" if she is unsure of what to do during an independent work time.
