Pares deserves to be celebrated for his HARD WORK! Pares is a super-focused learner and gets started on his work right away-- he works the whole time and doesn't stop until he is finished! Ella was working all week on completing her work and earning a certain prize that she picked out. At the end of the week, someone had taken the prize off of her teachers desk without asking. Instead of letting it ruin her day, Ella was able to show flexibility and pick out a new prize that was not as desirable as the one she wanted.
