Moorhead High School invites the community to "Find Your Light," a spectacular one-hour alumni showcase celebrating 50 years of musical theater and inaugurating the high school's brand-new, state-of-the-art theater. Returning stage stars will join forces with current students on the new theater stage to honor MHS's rich performing arts history and inspire the next generation.
Featured Performers & Live Band
Featured Performers: Stage highlights include performances by Broadway veterans Nina Grollman Ross and Becky Gulsvig Fisher, world-renowned beatbox performer Bjørn Hunstad, and vocalist CeCe Bedore, performing alongside current student artists.
Live Showcase Band: A live pit band of accomplished alumni and professional musicians will accompany the performances, featuring 1976 MHS alum Sue Dale on piano (returning to play for the show after having all her children participate in MHS theater), professional drummer Matt Tinjum, guitarist Dan Brekke, and college professor Matt Wisenden on bass
How to Get Tickets
Admission to the 7:00 PM showcase is free, but tickets are strictly required for entry.
Optional free-will donations can be made at checkout or during the show to support future MHS fine arts programming.

Grand Opening & Ribbon-Cutting Event
Prior to the evening showcase, the public is warmly invited to celebrate the official Phase 2 Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Moorhead High School. The afternoon begins with a formal ribbon cutting at 1:30 PM in the Main Commons, followed by self-guided interactive tours of the new 1,000+ seat main theater, black box theater, fine arts gallery, scene shops, and music classrooms, along with live acoustic performances by MHS student musicians.
