Come learn the secrets to tender, delicious lefse in this two-hour class. Demonstrations will be used to teach participants how to make the dough, and then everyone will learn how to roll, flip, and cook the lefse to perfection. Participants will be able to take home a few pieces to enjoy and will also receive a copy of the (secret) recipe. An apron is strongly encouraged for this class, as you are sure to at some point exclaim "Uff da, what a mess!"
