Last week the FM River Keepers held a make your own rain barrel workshop. Participants learned how to create a resilient yard to sustain the Red River by making their own rain barrel. In addition to building their own rain barrel to take home, this workshop included a short presentation to learn the basics of water quality and the effects of storm water runoff.
