Only six months ago our worlds were completely changed by COVID-19. Now, social distancing, wearing face coverings and avoiding large crowds isn’t normal, but has become a routine.
As we enter the 2020-21 school year, masks are required for all students and staff while in school. Our caring community immediately reached out to see how they can help their fellow Spuds.
The outpouring of support needed an organized, centralized approach. That’s where Moorhead Legacy Education Foundation stepped in to lead a face mask drive for Moorhead Area Public School students in need.
If you are interested in helping, there are several ways to help our students.
Donate homemade or store-bought cloth masks:
- Masks can dropped off at Probstfield Center for Education, Door 3 2410 14th St, S, Moorhead, MN 56560 Between 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
Monetary donations to purchase mask supplies:
- Donations can be made online at www.MoorheadLegacy.org/donate using the Spuds Care button. Funds will be used to purchase masks and materials.
