Business Services

To ensure high quality education, the district maintains professional, prudent and conservative financial management. Business Services works to develop and administer the formal budget planning and monitoring process. This department also presents recommendations to the superintendent and the School Board for the efficient allocation of district resources. The budget process provides the framework for all financial decision-making in the district.
