Greetings Spud Families!
I can’t believe February is here! With February comes the observance of Black History Month. Black History Month is a time to celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of black and African Americans. In the library, we will be highlighting black and African American authors, books, and characters. Three noteworthy authors that we will learn and read about are; Kwame Alexander, Jacqueline Woodson, and Jason Reynolds. We hope you are able to read some of their special stories during the month of February! Happy Reading!
