SGR Families,
Good afternoon! We hope that you and your family are feeling well and healthy, as we know it has been a bit wild around here the last week or two. And if you called the office at the beginning of the week and spoke to one of us, you definitely know that to be true! Hopefully this will pass quickly! We have just a couple of notes this week:
- NO SCHOOL: Remember, there is no school on Monday, January 17, 2022, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Classes resume on Tuesday with Day A/1
- BOOK FAIRS/FAMILY FUN NIGHT: Our PTAC would love to host the book fair again in March during conferences. We’ve also talked about trying to have Family Fun Night this spring, which would be the first time since before Covid, back in April of 2019. However, to make both of these events happen, we need some help from you, the parents. Our SGR PTAC board members would love to host an initial planning meeting in the very near future with anyone interested in helping out. Spoiler Alert - If we don’t have anyone interested, we can’t make it happen. It’s just too big of an event for our four board members to execute on their own. - ACTIVITY FEES: Student activity fees for the school year can be paid by either by check or cash in the main office, or online through eFunds. Please pay when you are able, thanks!
