A Message From Our School Conselor

    Fall Greetings!

Our November Theme: Thankfulness

We are thankful for our family at home and at school. As we conclude the month of October’s teachings, we are learning about how we are a team at school and how we have a responsibility to look out for each other.

Being a positive Bystander means reporting things that are:

-mean, on purpose

-repeatedly happening

-one sided and unequal

to a trusted adult. If someone is getting hurt, we are thankful to others who do the right thing and help. Supportive Bystanders can choose between the following options:

  • Be kind and talk friendly

  • Include everyone

  • Stand up and say something in a strong, RESPECTFUL voice

We are thankful to students who show responsibility through their words and actions.

Being responsible means to do the right thing and we are continuing to do the right thing by sharing thankfulness with others through our November service project, Fill the Dome.

Fill the Dome is happening again this month. Students are challenged to collect non-perishable food items to fill the FargoDome. This collection will restock our area food pantries to help those who may have food insecurities this year.  Please send food only, not diapers or other household items.

We are SO thankful for all the students, staff and families who show responsibility and help others through their kind words and actions this season and beyond.
