Our 4th-grade students traded the classroom for the turf for an unforgettable Sports Field Day at Concordia College! The energy was electric as students participated in a variety of events designed to test their speed, strength, and most importantly their teamwork. From intense tug-of-war battles that had everyone cheering to lightning-fast races around the track, our Spuds showed incredible grit and school spirit.
Events like these are about more than just physical activity; they are a chance for our students to practice sportsmanship, encourage their peers, and build lasting memories as a grade level. We are so proud of the way our students represented Ellen Hopkins Elementary with kindness and enthusiasm on the field. A huge thank you to the staff and volunteers who made this "takeover" such a success!
