In our school library, we’ve been talking a lot about Digital Citizenship. While we often focus on the "don'ts" of the internet, I want to show my students the power of the "dos"—specifically, how we can use our digital footprints to connect, build community, and do good! 🇺🇸
The Goal: I’ve challenged my students to see if we can get a $50 donation from every single state in the U.S. to support our annual Read-a-thon!
Why it matters:
All funds go directly toward:
Fresh, diverse books for our school library.
New literacy materials for our classrooms.
Special reading activities to keep the kids excited about books!
