This week, we are learning about being patient. Patience means that we can accept waiting or difficulty, without getting angry or upset. We need to have patience with ourselves, and with others. Learning new things can be difficult, and we are all trying our best!

Cold weather doesn't stop us from getting a few steps in during the day at Robert Asp. These students are keeping track of their laps on our indoor walking track. Thank you PTAC for your continued sponsorship of this great activity!

This week, we are learning what it means to be a giraffe hero. Giraffes have very long necks. A giraffe hero is a person who "sticks their neck out" for others. If someone is being treated unkindly, a giraffe hero sticks their neck out by helping with their words or actions. Giraffe heroes spread kindness!

All Moorhead Area Public Schools are open Friday, January 7 and buses are running on a normal schedule.
