Jessica Rieniets is the principal at Probstfield Elementary. Rieniets has been working in Moorhead Area Public Schools since 2005, starting out as an elementary school teacher and instructional coach then becoming assistant principal at Robert Asp Elementary. Rieniets completed her undergraduate work in elementary education and Spanish at Concordia College. She earned her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction with a reading emphasis and her educational leadership certificate from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Rieniets is passionate about creating a culture of learning and creating equitable educational opportunities for all students. She values building relationships with students and creating partnerships with students, staff and families. Rieniets has two children in the Moorhead schools. During her free time, she enjoys watching her children's activities, running, reading and spending time outside.
