So what is Community Education all about you ask? Community Education encompasses life long learning to all members of a community. Beginning with early childhood, and ending with courses that serve our senior citizens. Moorhead Community Education strives to develop the maximum potential of every learner to thrive in a changing world.
Early Childhood Family Education programs kickoff the start of learning opportunities for the little ones in our community - those valuable first years pave the way to the next levels of opportunity for our Jumpstart students. These are followed by our youth programs for school age kids, our ABE (Adult Basic Education) courses for GEDs, and English Learners. After which, we offer programs for adults with disabilities and our adult enrichment courses.
The world is ever changing, and so is the potential to grow and learn- dive into one of our courses, or if you have specific desires, please reach out. This is the chance to learn in your community. Make everyday a chance to learn something new!
